Initial consultation:
Take advantage of our FREE initial 1 hour consultation (Auckland area only) if you require landscape plans. i listen to your ideas, give my impressions and will give an indication of your costs going forward. From this we can develop a brief for the project that reflects your requirements.
Site evaluation:
Once a process and a budget is agreed, a site survey is undertaken. This is usually untaken by us but depending on the site and complexity of the proposed project, surveyors or geotech professionals may need to be engaged.
Landscape concepts:
A concept plan is an initial plan developed from from our site visits, consultations and brief from you. This a broad outline plan and will include base materials, planting themes and key features. Typically, these plans cost between $800 and $3000 depending on the size and complexity of the project. .
Preparation of landscape plans - Photo visualisations, 3D imaging, cad & working drawings:
To further illustrate the concept for you in detail with photograhic visualizations, 3 dimensional models and cad plans. If necessary any working drawings are produced for consent purposes and to assist construction contractors:
